1. Achieve account sales targets set by the Area Manager and motivate the team to meet these goals.
2. Proactively sell Maison Francis Kurkdjian products and provide a luxury standard of service.
3. Lead and coach the team to ensure they achieve or exceed sales targets.
4. Stay informed about new launches, promotional activities, and business trends within the luxury fragrance department.
5. Lead a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors to provide high levels of customer service.
6. Coordinate with the Retail Trainer to ensure team participation in relevant training courses.
7. Maintain product knowledge to propose fragrance recommendations.
8. Initiate contact with clients and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
9. Ensure service standards are consistent and align with Maison Francis Kurkdjian's standards.
10. Develop the team for business continuity and manage people matters.
11. Ensure counters are immaculate and well-merchandised according to brand guidelines.
12. Adhere to grooming guidelines and ensure the team acts professionally.
13. Manage stock replenishment, deliveries, stock taking, and sales recording.
14. Complete all operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
15. Establish professional relationships with stakeholders, including host store management and LVMH Head Office.
16. Adhere to company procedures and policies.
17. Identify and interview candidates for team vacancies and support store approval processes.
18. Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager for probationary reviews and performance feedback sessions.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in sales and customer service.
4. Ability to manage and motivate a team.
5. Knowledge of luxury fragrance products.

A minimum of three years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
