Account Manager

Maison Francis Kurkdjian, established in 2009, is a luxury fragrance house known for its contemporary approach to perfume. With a presence in 40 countries, the brand aims to be the leading luxury fragrance maison globally, sharing the art of wearing perfume.

1. Achieve account sales targets set by the Area Manager.
2. Proactively sell Maison Francis Kurkdjian products and provide a luxury standard of service.
3. Lead and coach the team to achieve or exceed sales targets.
4. Be aware of key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Stay informed about new launches, promotional activities, and business trends in the luxury fragrance department.
6. Lead a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors to provide high levels of customer service.
7. Liaise with the Retail Trainer for team training.
8. Be knowledgeable about all Maison Francis Kurkdjian products and propose fragrance recommendations.
9. Initiate contact with clients and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
10. Ensure service standards are consistent with Maison Francis Kurkdjian's standards.
11. Develop the team for business continuity and people development.
12. Ensure counters are immaculate and well-merchandised.
13. Manage stock replenishment, deliveries, stock taking, and sales recording.
14. Complete operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
15. Establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
16. Adhere to company procedures and policies.
17. Identify and interview candidates for team vacancies.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
