1. Provide technical support and follow-up with clients.
2. Ensure the quality and completeness of project briefs across assigned projects.
3. Assist the sales team in estimating production and development costs.
4. Anticipate and identify product risks through risk analysis.
5. Manage project schedules, ensuring critical milestones are secured.
6. Maintain technical documentation internally and with clients.
7. Contribute to problem-solving initiatives and lead corrective technical actions internally and with clients.
8. Oversee the monitoring and delivery of pre-series products.
9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives internally and for clients.
10. Implement and monitor development indicators (upstream and downstream).
11. Lead and facilitate project feedback sessions.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience.
3. Technical knowledge of mechanical aspects related to metal parts (jewelry/leather goods).
4. Experience in the luxury, fashion, or jewelry sectors.
5. Industrial sector experience.
6. Project management experience.
7. Proficiency in basic design principles and reading 2D and 3D plans.

5. Proficiency in Excel, SolidWorks, ERP systems.
6. Fluency in English and Italian.
