- Provide technical support and follow-up with clients.
- Ensure the quality and completeness of project briefs across assigned projects.
- Assist the sales team in estimating production and development costs.

- Maintain technical documentation internally and with clients.

- Experience in the luxury, fashion, or jewelry sectors.
- Industrial sector experience.
- Project management experience.
- Proficiency in basic design principles and reading 2D and 3D plans.
- Collaborative mindset.
- Strong client relationship skills.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
- Agility and responsiveness to meet luxury and fashion client needs.
- Proficiency in Excel, SolidWorks, ERP systems.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in project management within the luxury, fashion, or jewelry industries is required.
