1. Provide technical support and follow-up with clients.
2. Ensure the quality and completeness of project briefs.
3. Assist the sales team in estimating production and development costs.
4. Anticipate and identify product risks through risk analysis.
5. Manage project schedules, securing critical milestones.
6. Ensure internal and client-facing technical documentation is maintained.
7. Contribute to problem-solving initiatives and lead corrective technical actions.
8. Oversee the follow-up and delivery of pre-series.
9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives internally and for clients.
10. Implement and monitor development indicators.
11. Lead and facilitate project feedback sessions.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in relevant fields.
3. Technical knowledge of mechanical aspects related to metal parts (jewelry/leather goods).
4. Experience in the luxury, fashion, or jewelry sectors.
5. Experience in the industrial sector.
6. Project management experience.
7. Proficiency in 2D and 3D design and plan reading.

5. Proficiency in Excel, SolidWorks, ERP systems.
6. Fluency in English and Italian.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in relevant fields, including luxury, fashion, jewelry, and industrial sectors, with a strong background in project management.

Engineering degree or equivalent.
