1. Oversee planning, quality, and procurement across two production sites, Jade Paris and FSC.
2. Manage a team comprising a stock manager and two quality controllers.
3. Analyze client demand and initiate procurement based on product specifications and forecasts.
4. Optimize logistics, including stock management and supply chain efficiency.
5. Provide clients with accurate delivery timelines and resource allocation estimates.
6. Initiate production orders and develop comprehensive production schedules.
7. Define and update monthly budgets, coordinating machine capacity with human resources.
8. Adjust production plans in response to delays or technical issues, proposing alternative solutions.
9. Monitor daily activities through KPI analysis and report to the Director of Operations.
10. Ensure optimal resource allocation and workload distribution in workshops.
11. Supervise commercial relationships, ensuring timely and quality-compliant order deliveries.
12. Resolve disputes related to delays or defects in collaboration with the commercial department.
13. Supervise industrial subcontractor relationships and guide production strategy.
14. Implement and monitor quality KPIs, resolve issues, and train production teams.
15. Conduct product and process qualification and oversee audits.
