Planning and Quality Manager

- Oversee planning, quality, and procurement across two production sites, Jade Paris and FSC.
- Manage a team comprising a stock manager and two quality controllers.
- Analyze client demand and initiate procurement based on product specifications and forecasts.
- Optimize logistics, including stock management and supply chain efficiency.
- Provide clients with accurate delivery timelines and resource allocation estimates.
- Initiate production orders and develop comprehensive production schedules.
- Define and update monthly budgets, coordinating machine capacity with human resources.
- Adjust production plans in response to delays or technical issues, proposing alternative solutions.
- Monitor daily activities through KPI analysis and report to the Director of Operations.
- Ensure optimal resource allocation and workload distribution in workshops.
- Supervise commercial relationships, ensuring timely and quality-compliant order deliveries.
- Resolve disputes related to delays or defects in collaboration with the commercial department.
- Supervise industrial subcontractor relationships and guide production strategy.
- Implement and monitor quality KPIs, resolve issues, and train production teams.
- Conduct product and process qualification and oversee audits.
- In-depth knowledge of jewelry production processes or luxury industry expertise.
- Proficiency in planning and quality management processes and tools.
- Strong management and organizational project skills.
- Ability to manage crisis situations effectively.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
