LVMH Image & Communication Project Assistant Intern
LVMH, a global leader in luxury goods, encompasses a diverse range of prestigious brands across fashion, cosmetics, and lifestyle sectors. As part of its commitment to sustainability and innovation, LVMH launched Nona Source in April 2021. This platform focuses on the circular economy by repurposing surplus fabrics from LVMH's luxury houses, offering them at competitive prices to fashion professionals. Nona Source operates a showroom in Paris, located within La Caserne, Europe's largest ecological transition accelerator dedicated to the fashion and luxury industry.
- Develop weekly editorial calendars and write captions for social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Propose new formats and content to enhance engagement across platforms.
- Coordinate stories, photos, and assets based on project requirements.
- Assist in social media performance reporting with monthly analytics.
- Participate in concept development for asset creation.
- Conduct benchmarks and iconographic research.
- Contribute to the deployment of the visual identity and develop internal and external visual guidelines.
- Write editorial content for the website, including articles, press pages, and collaboration pages.
- Create communication assets such as photos and videos for both product-focused and aspirational content.
- Support video shoots by organizing locations, managing participants, and preparing equipment.
- Coordinate press articles mentioning Nona Source and update press listings.
- Manage partnerships, including archival piece retrieval, content creation during fashion shows, and video editing support.
- Develop micro-influencer partnerships and organize showroom masterclasses.
- Assist with event coordination and logistics.
- Support installation, dismantling, and presence at trade shows such as Première Vision and Future Fabrics Expo.
- Provide occasional support at the showroom.
- Currently enrolled in a Design, Communication, or Fashion program.
- Strong artistic sensibility and creativity.
- Excellent writing skills with impeccable spelling and syntax.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva and Capcut; Adobe Suite proficiency is advantageous.
- Dynamic, rigorous, and well-organized with a strong sense of results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
No prior professional experience required, but a foundational understanding of communication and project management is beneficial.
Pursuing a degree in Design, Communication, or Fashion.
