1. Contribute to ongoing studies and project implementation within the HR transformation program.
2. Define rhythms and monitor sprints using Agile methodology.
3. Understand HR products to be delivered and coordinate with product development.
4. Draft project documentation.
5. Manage project schedules.
6. Oversee cross-functional project tracking and utilize project management tools.
7. Participate in project phases including needs formalization, user stories, testing, and acceptance.
8. Identify project risks within assigned scope.

1. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors.
2. Initial experience in HR transformation projects or solution implementation.
3. Strong understanding of HR challenges.
4. Proficiency in Core HR concepts and processes.
5. Advanced English proficiency.
