1. Assist in the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including job description collection, CV selection, and candidate pre-screening.
2. Support the integration and engagement of the intern and apprentice community through event organization and administrative support.
3. Aid in the implementation of training programs, including logistical management and coordination with stakeholders.
4. Contribute to talent development projects and monitor learning data.
5. Assist in communication and engagement initiatives, including survey reporting and internal announcements.

1. Currently enrolled in a graduate-level business school, IEP, or equivalent university specializing in HR.
2. At least one relevant experience in HR.

1. Autonomous and proactive with a strong sense of organization.
2. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.

Entry-level experience in HR, suitable for those beginning their career in human resources.

Currently enrolled in a graduate-level program specializing in HR.
