LVMH HR Employee Listening & Transformation Intern

- Support the design and methodology of the 2026 Global Pulse Survey, including questionnaire structure, segmentation, and benchmarks.
- Coordinate inputs from Maisons and Divisions to ensure the survey meets their needs.
- Inform Maisons HR leads to enhance participation rates.
- Respond to talent inquiries regarding the survey.
- Contribute to the communication and change management plan, ensuring clarity and impact across 75 Maisons.
- Research external practices in employee listening and engagement to inspire innovative approaches.
- Facilitate the HR Listening Community, sharing updates and engaging stakeholders in the preparation journey.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in business, university, or equivalent.
- Initial experience in Human Resources and/or transformation projects, ideally in an international environment.
- Interest in corporate culture development issues such as leadership, flexible working, feedback culture, and talent development.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; basic knowledge of French is advantageous.
- Attention to detail and alignment with LVMH Group values: Creativity, Innovation, Excellence, and Entrepreneurial Spirit.
Beginner level experience in Human Resources or transformation projects, preferably within an international context.
Master's degree in progress from a business school, university, or equivalent.
