1. Participate in strategic workforce reporting, including monthly and annual data collection, quality control, and validation.
2. Ensure data integrity through precise tracking of retroactive updates and adjustments.
3. Collaborate closely with local HR teams to maintain data reliability.
4. Contribute to the development and optimization of HR reporting procedures.
5. Produce monthly reports for central teams.
6. Manage, verify, and update access and roles within group reporting tools.
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting systems.
8. Respond to ad hoc HR data and KPI requests from key internal clients.
9. Support the organization and facilitation of HR Controlling community meetings.

1. Enrollment in a Master's program (Bac+4/5) with a focus on Social Management Control, Human Resources, Statistics, Data Analysis, or equivalent.
2. Strong interest in data analysis, HR information systems, and the luxury sector.
3. Advanced proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
4. Demonstrated rigor, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
5. Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and autonomy.
6. Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in data analysis and HR is essential.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
