LVMH HR Communications, Learning & Events Intern
LVMH Fragrance Brands is the fragrance division within the LVMH group, bringing together houses such as Parfums Givenchy and Kenzo Parfums. - Manage and animate the employer-brand LinkedIn page: editorial calendar, bilingual content creation (French/English) and coordination of internal LinkedIn ambassadors.
- Contribute to the internal and external rollout of the employer-brand narrative (“Beauty needs entrepreneurs”) and develop related editorial assets.
- Produce multimedia content: capture rushes, photograph, edit and assemble short videos for internal and external audiences.
- Support intranet editorial management: write and publish content, manage the publication calendar and propose UX improvements.
- Design and deliver internal communications to promote learning initiatives (invitations, teasers, visuals) and produce a dedicated learning newsletter for global colleagues.
- Drive LMS engagement campaigns to maximise completion of mandatory trainings.
- Support project coordination for the annual training programme and ad hoc trainings: stakeholder coordination, timeline tracking and deadline follow-up.
- Assist in organising internal events (D&I roadmap sessions, Cafés Métiers, Leadership Talks, cross-house events) in partnership with the HR Development team.
- Current Master's-level student (Bac+5) in business, communications or equivalent higher-education programme, with a preference for a specialization in internal communication.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated editorial and copywriting abilities with strong interpersonal skills.
- Organised, rigorous, creative and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Interest in the luxury and beauty sectors; previous experience in a large corporate group or prior internships is a plus.

No minimum professional experience required; targeted at students seeking a July–December 2026 internship. A prior internship within a large company or in communications is considered an advantage.
Master's-level student (Bac+5) in business, communications or equivalent.
This position is listed in Levallois-Perret, Ile-de-France, near Paris, in France. LVMH is actively recruiting for this and 4,200 other open jobs in France.
Monthly internship compensation €1,300–€1,400 gross; 6 paid authorised absence days; access to the company restaurant; hybrid working (1 day remote per week after two months' service with manager approval); end-of-internship recommendation and potential access to internal opportunities including the International Program (GLOW); onboarding seminar, networking events, HR coaching workshops and a senior buddy mentor.
