LVMH Health & Safety Coordinator (Apprenticeship)

1. Participate in field inspections and promote prevention measures among operational teams across production and vineyard sites.
2. Identify hazardous situations and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
3. Contribute to incident and near‑miss investigations, producing factual analyses and recommended actions.
4. Design and deliver safety awareness and training activities for operational staff.
5. Develop, update and maintain safety communication materials and operational guidance documents.
6. Conduct technical and regulatory research and synthesize findings into practical, operational briefs.
7. Support cross‑functional HSE projects (risk prevention, chemical risk, QVCT) according to level of autonomy.
8. Maintain accurate reporting, KPIs and dashboards to track HSE activity and follow‑up actions.

1. Enrolled in or preparing a Bac+3 level (or higher) diploma in Health & Safety / HSE or equivalent.
2. Good knowledge of occupational risk prevention principles and the applicable regulatory framework (French Labour Code and risk assessment methodologies).
3. Awareness of industrial risks: manual handling, machinery, chemical hazards, vehicle circulation and co‑activity.
4. Proficiency with office tools: Excel and PowerPoint (SharePoint and Power BI are advantages).
5. Ability to perform technical and regulatory research and produce concise operational summaries.
6. Strong organisational skills, reliability and a field‑oriented mindset.
7. Driver's license (Permis B) and willingness to travel across the Champagne basin.

Entry‑level / student profile. Suitable for candidates with little or no professional HSE experience who are currently enrolled in an HSE-related degree and seek practical, multisite industrial exposure.

Preparing a Bac+3 (or equivalent) diploma in Health & Safety / HSE or a related discipline.
