LVMH Head of Sales
Nona Source is a startup launched with the support of LVMH that provides creative professionals with access to high‑end materials reclaimed from luxury Maisons, promoting circular sourcing for fashion and design. - Define, quantify and deploy the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth across B2B segments (textiles, leather, upholstery and other market verticals).
- Set performance KPIs for the commercial organisation and monitor progress monthly to adjust tactics and forecasting.
- Prospect, target and convert new clients, including major accounts; design and run systematic prospecting campaigns.
- Develop and expand the leather client base in line with the company’s launch of leather activity.
- Plan and manage trade‑show participation (e.g. Première Vision, Milano Unica), evaluating presence and commercial approach.
- Manage the showroom experience: ensure exemplary client welcome, merchandise presentation, inventory flows and timely online listings.
- Oversee sample lifecycle and fulfilment (showroom cuts, bulk sample preparation, sample order follow‑up and sold‑out management).
- Improve and enforce CRM usage and documentation to capture pipelines, conversions and customer intelligence.
- Design client retention and loyalty initiatives to increase repeat business and drive long‑term relationships.
- Propose and implement new service offers in collaboration with internal teams to meet evolving market needs.
- Lead, coach and develop a commercial team (2 showroom managers and 1 salesperson); ensure cross‑departmental communication.
- Higher education in business, commerce or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a commercial or sales role, with demonstrable results.
- Proven experience in the textile and leather sectors is required.
- Experience managing a commercial or sales team; people management and coaching skills.
- Track record working with fashion brands, young designers or creative maisons is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
