LVMH Fragrance Brands Visual Merchandising Trade Activations Manager

- Develop and implement comprehensive visual merchandising strategies in collaboration with the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager, ensuring alignment with brand standards and trade objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define and execute launch and trade plan activities, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations.
- Oversee the design and execution of in-store displays, ensuring adherence to the UK marketing calendar and brand guidelines.
- Create visual mock-ups and presentations for launches, securing validation from UK and HQ teams.
- Manage the full visual merchandising process, including forecasting and allocation of international POS materials.
- Provide in-store support during launches and store refits, ensuring compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Conduct regular reviews of visual merchandising activities, gathering feedback and recommending improvements.
- Manage the annual visual merchandising budget, tracking expenditures and aligning with strategic forecasts.
- Oversee supplier relationships, ensuring quality and timely delivery of visual merchandising activities.
- Supervise and develop a visual merchandising intern, providing guidance and support.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the beauty or luxury retail industry.
- Strong understanding of launch and permanent visual merchandising, POS design, and retail standards.
- Proven project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated budget and cost management expertise.
- Proficient in sourcing, procurement, and supplier management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on ROI analysis.
- Proficiency with SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or IWD is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, ideally within the beauty or luxury retail sectors.
