- Oversee the operationalization of permanent retail projects in the market, excluding launches.
- Collaborate closely with Visual Merchandising Development teams and the Architecture team to deploy permanent concepts and create permanent point-of-sale materials.
- Lead a team of one permanent employee.
- Ensure creative development and market deployment of permanent point-of-sale materials in collaboration with VM, architecture, and marketing teams.
- Create corporate point-of-sale materials reflecting the heritage of the brands for permanent retail locations.
- Adapt permanent point-of-sale creations to market specifications.
- Develop presentations for market inquiries, budget presentations, and top management.
- Act as a pivotal leadership figure between international teams and markets to ensure retail excellence and coherence in local applications.
- Define the annual VM plan orchestration in alignment with marketing plans and guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Architecture team on brand image projects and strategic retail locations, providing advisory support.
- Conduct strategic workshops for markets, sharing updates on VM plans, best practices, and guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to enhance creation processes and point-of-sale updates, ensuring global brand consistency.
- Proactively suggest and implement new processes to elevate in-store execution and support markets.
- Manage the budget for the department.
- Degree in architecture, interior architecture, design, or equivalent university education.
- Approximately 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, ideally within the luxury and fragrance & cosmetics sectors.
- In-depth field knowledge with experience in Retail Design or Architecture.
- Proven leadership and influence capabilities.
- Strong organizational and priority management skills, with knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and execution processes.
- Creativity and innovative thinking.
- Proficiency in PC software: AUTOCAD, 3D SKETCH UP/KEYSHOT, Photoshop, PPT, EXCEL, Illustrator, INDESIGN.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising and architectural project management, preferably in the luxury and fragrance & cosmetics industries.
Degree in architecture, interior architecture, design, or equivalent.
The position offers a hybrid working model with up to two days of remote work per week.
