1. Oversee all operations related to the import and export of goods, ensuring seamless execution of national and international transportation from the distribution center.
2. Plan, organize, and optimize transportation logistics in collaboration with purchasing and supply chain departments, freight forwarders, and suppliers.
3. Ensure compliance with customs regulations, including monitoring customs clearance processes and managing import and export declarations.
4. Determine tariff classifications and prepare monthly intra-community declarations.
5. Update and maintain various customs documentation.
6. Analyze and resolve claims, providing appropriate solutions to clients and ensuring the accuracy of contentious files with insurers.
7. Manage the return process of goods from client request to physical return.

1. Dynamic, rigorous, and organized individual.
2. Proven ability to take initiative.

1. Proficiency in English.
2. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP.
3. Strong understanding of customs regulations and import-export procedures.
4. Familiarity with ADR, IMDG, and IATA regulations.
5. Expertise in Incoterms.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
