Transport and Customs Manager

1. Manage all operations related to the import and export of goods.
2. Plan, organize, and optimize national and international transport from the distribution center.
3. Establish shipping documents and resolve transport or customs issues.
4. Coordinate international transport with purchasing and supply services, freight forwarders, and suppliers.
5. Monitor flows to prevent stock shortages.
6. Ensure compliance with customs regulations.
7. Control import and export declarations.
8. Determine tariff classifications.
9. Prepare monthly intra-community declarations.
10. Update various customs documents.
11. Analyze claims and provide appropriate solutions to clients.
12. Ensure the accuracy of contentious files with the insurer.
13. Manage the return of goods from client requests to physical returns.

1. Dynamic, rigorous, and organized.
2. Ability to take initiative.

1. Proficiency in English.
2. Proficiency in WORD, EXCEL, and SAP.
3. Good knowledge of customs regulations and import-export procedures.
4. Knowledge of ADR, IMDG, IATA regulations.
5. Mastery of incoterms.

Minimum 3 years of experience required.
