1. Manage all operations related to the import and export of goods, including planning, organizing, and optimizing national and international transports from the distribution center.
2. Establish and manage export documentation, resolving any transport or customs-related issues.
3. Collaborate with purchasing and supply services, freight forwarders, and suppliers to plan and optimize international imports, ensuring stock continuity.
4. Ensure compliance with customs regulations, including monitoring customs clearances and controlling import and export declarations.
5. Determine tariff classifications and prepare monthly intra-community declarations.
6. Update various customs documents regularly.
7. Analyze claims and provide appropriate solutions to clients, ensuring the accuracy of contentious files with insurers.
8. Manage the return process from client request to the physical return of products.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Dynamic, rigorous, and organized with the ability to take initiative.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP.
4. Strong knowledge of customs regulations and import-export procedures.
5. Familiarity with ADR, IMDG, and IATA regulations.
6. Mastery of Incoterms.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in transport and customs operations is required.
