- Support the planning and execution of the annual training plan according to market needs.
- Lead the adaptation, translation, and revision of training tools.
- Assist in developing training materials for various formats and audiences.
- Support the execution and delivery of training events in different formats and schedules.
- Manage and coordinate ad hoc training requests.
- Supervise and manage stock of training products and e-learning elements.
- Coordinate with international logistics for quota management.
- Participate in the selection and management of external training solutions/vendors and budget management.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and actions to increase market share.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Possibility of signing an agreement with a university for at least 6 months, full-time.
- Fluency in English (C1 level); proficiency in French or other languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
- Knowledge of Adobe Pack and digital platforms is desirable.
Previous professional experience is considered advantageous but not mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field. A Master’s degree is considered a plus.
