LVMH Training and Retail Intern

1. Support the planning and execution of the annual training plan in alignment with local needs and brand guidelines.
2. Adapt, translate, and update training tools and materials for various formats and audiences, including retail teams and e-learning platforms.
3. Coordinate and support training sessions and respond to ad-hoc training requests.
4. Manage training materials, stock, and logistics, coordinating with international teams and external vendors.
5. Contribute to content creation, new ideas, and continuous improvement initiatives, including budget follow-up.
6. Lead training tracking and analysis of Beauty Consultants' performance and KPIs.
7. Lead daily sales tracking and analysis of sales performance and KPIs by store and product line, identifying trends and top-performing items.
8. Manage budget and invoicing, ensuring financial accuracy and tracking expenses against budget allocations.
9. Support inventory planning, stock level definition, and compliance at the point of sale.
10. Assist with sales administration, managing and supporting the Beauty Consultants team with operational tasks and administrative processes.
11. Prepare reports and presentations for special projects and periodic sales analysis, contributing to information shared with headquarters in France.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is considered a plus.
2. Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level).
3. Must be eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university, full-time.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Pack and digital platforms is desirable.

Previous professional experience is considered a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
