- Provide on-the-field coaching for top-tier staff in alignment with Retail Education strategy and KPIs, including one-on-one coaching sessions and objective setting.
- Ensure comprehensive knowledge of the LFB Selling Technique (PRIDE) among Retail Managers and Beauty Consultants to maximize sales potential.
- Adapt and deliver training materials tailored to Travel Retail specificities, ensuring all staff are well-versed in product novelties, best sellers, and brand DNA.
- Engage in key trade activations and peak periods to enhance sales performance and retail experience.
- Offer personalized follow-up on coaching and training sessions using HQ assessment grids, and provide regular feedback to Retail Managers and Marketing Direction.
- Serve as the 'Pride Ambassador' for Travel Retail Europe/Africa, liaising with HQ on pride-related initiatives and ensuring proper implementation.
- Participate in brand events, organizing and leading presentations related to training and coaching.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, coaching, or retail, with a preference for Travel Retail experience.
- Specialization or diploma in aesthetics, Make Up Artist certification, or equivalent.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English; a third language is advantageous.
- Expertise in sales techniques and coaching methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to motivate and unite teams.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- High energy and passion for the luxury beauty industry.
- Willingness to travel extensively, with at least 70% of time spent traveling.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales, coaching, or retail, ideally within the Travel Retail sector.
Specialization or diploma in aesthetics, Make Up Artist certification, or equivalent.
