LVMH Fragrance Brands Trade Marketing Product Manager - Travel Retail EURAF

- Contribute to product launches and develop the marketing plan tailored to the Travel Retail EURAF market.
- Participate in 360-degree launch activities and manage KCP Summer animations.
- Co-develop the Trade plan with Area Managers based on quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Manage and integrate new retail animation concepts.
- Collaborate with HQ to enhance retailtainment menus for optimal POS experience.
- Prepare reports and analyze launches and newsletters for MOP HQ.
- Develop and implement innovative and impactful trade animations aligned with marketing plans and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate and oversee in-store animations, ensuring seamless execution.
- Optimize trade-related tools and processes.
- Maintain and adhere to project timelines, ensuring clear communication among stakeholders.
- Ensure operational excellence in execution.
- Lead forecasts for new POSM & GWP, considering airport clusters, animation types, and business seasonality.
- Manage budget impact by addressing left-over stock and implementing action plans.
- Analyze trade plans and contribute to budget exercises and annual expenditure tracking.
- Provide training and management for an intern, including recruitment of future interns.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Strategic and creative thinking.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 3 years in a Trade Marketing role, ideally within the fragrance and cosmetics sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, Master's preferred.
Flexible working arrangements with up to 2 days of remote work per week.
