Trade Marketing Product Manager

- Implement and optimize the Marketing plan according to specific retail requirements.
- Monitor and adapt the Marketing plan for specific retailers, including exclusives and pre-launches.
- Create events for key moments and anticipate launch anniversaries.
- Communicate the plan and analyze launches with the Corporate Operational Marketing teams.
- Develop a relevant Trade Marketing plan and ensure its excellent execution.
- Collaborate on the annual Trade plan with key account managers, proposing innovative and impactful animations.
- Optimize the annual Trade plan with key account managers.
- Coordinate 360-degree initiatives with Media, e-retail, training, and animation teams.
- Prepare and implement in-store animations from briefing to execution in collaboration with Corporate Merchandising teams and suppliers.
- Monitor and coordinate field activities with key account managers, sales managers, and area managers.
- Optimize Trade Marketing operation schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and execution is excellent.
- Present the Trade Marketing plan to the sales team during seminars.
- Analyze the performance of implemented operations.
- Construct and optimize the Trade Marketing budget and forecast resources.
- Build, optimize, and monitor the annual Trade Marketing budget based on validated commercial agreements.
- Collaborate on forecasts for resources such as POS materials, samples, gifts, and promotional items.
- Manage and monitor the monthly budget for resources.
- Monitor retailer left-overs and implement corrective actions.
- Degree from a business school or university, equivalent to Bac +5.
- Significant experience of 4 years in Trade Marketing, ideally.
- Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience in the Perfumes and Cosmetics industry.
