LVMH Fragrance Brands Trade Marketing Product Manager

- Implement and optimize the marketing plan according to specific retail channels.
- Create events for key moments and anticipate launch anniversaries.
- Communicate and analyze launch plans with Operational Marketing teams.
- Develop a relevant trade marketing plan and ensure its excellent execution.
- Collaborate on the annual trade plan with key account managers, proposing innovative and impactful animations.
- Coordinate 360-degree initiatives with Media, e-retail, training, and animation teams.
- Prepare and execute in-store animations, collaborating with Corporate Merchandising teams and suppliers.
- Track and coordinate field activities with key account managers, sales managers, and area managers.
- Optimize trade marketing operation timelines, ensuring deadlines and execution excellence.
- Present trade marketing plans to the sales team during seminars.
- Analyze the performance of implemented operations.
- Construct and optimize the annual trade marketing budget and forecasts for promotional tools.
- Monitor and manage the monthly budget for promotional tools.
- Follow up on retailer leftovers and implement corrective actions.
- Degree from a business school or university, equivalent to a Master's level (Bac +5).
- Minimum of 4 years of significant experience in trade marketing, ideally within the fragrance and cosmetics industry.
- Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strategic and creative thinking.
- Rigorous, organized, and analytical mindset.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the fragrance and cosmetics sector.
Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
