1. Coordinate in-store animations to ensure flawless execution in line with French HQ guidelines.
2. Dispatch briefs, graphic materials, and guidelines to suppliers and clients for local production and assembly of displays.
3. Manage promoter campaigns, including proposal dispatch, temporary employment agency requests, and performance analysis.
4. Maintain a daily updated summary sheet of all animation and promoter information for the sales team.
5. Oversee orders of materials to suppliers, clients, and sales teams.
6. Control warehouse stock through inventory management.
7. Organize photographs of animations received from the commercial team and suppliers.
8. Coordinate with logistics, commercial, and marketing teams.
9. Continuously monitor offline competition.
10. Prepare PowerPoint presentations of executed actions.

1. Ability to sign an agreement with a university.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish; French is advantageous.
3. Organizational skills with a proactive attitude.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Beginner level experience in a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
