1. Coordinate in-store animations to ensure perfect execution according to guidelines from the headquarters in France.
2. Send briefs, graphic materials, and guides to suppliers and clients for animations, including local production and setup of displays.
3. Manage promotional campaigns, including proposal submissions, requests to temporary employment agencies, and result analysis.
4. Update the summary sheet with all animation and promotional information for the sales team.
5. Manage and track orders of materials to suppliers, clients, and sales teams.
6. Control warehouse stock through inventory management.
7. Organize photos of animations received from the commercial team and suppliers.
8. Coordinate with logistics, commercial, and marketing teams.
9. Continuously monitor offline competition.
10. Prepare PowerPoint presentations of completed actions.

1. Must sign an agreement with a university.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Advanced English and Spanish; French is a plus.
3. Organized and proactive attitude.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Beginner
