Trade Marketing Intern

1. Update the Trade 2025 plan
2. Assist in managing trade operations and podiums for retail accounts
3. Create marketing tools to support sales (launch boxes, games)
4. Develop CRM marketing tools (mailing, flyers, emailing, SMS)
5. Organize events and masterclasses
6. Assist in building 360° plans (presentations and taskforces)
7. Prepare retail workshops during seminars (presentation and logistics)
8. Participate in creating merchandising planograms using IWD software
9. Create product listing and delisting sheets
10. Support communication recommendations
11. Conduct competitive analysis and trade tracking
12. Monitor consumer trends
13. Prepare monthly reports

1. Master's level in business school or university
2. Ideally, previous experience in project management
3. Interest in numbers, aesthetic sense, and attention to detail
4. Team spirit, rigor, organization, autonomy, creativity, dynamism
5. Enjoy managing multiple projects with strong oral and written communication skills
6. Strong affinity for the luxury and fragrance and cosmetics sectors
7. Fluent in English

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
2. Knowledge of Photoshop, NPD, and Sketchup is a plus

Entry-level, ideally with some project management experience.

Master's level in business school or university.

Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progress.

The teams at Marketing France KENZO Parfums, Parfums Givenchy, and Marketing Travel Retail EURAF are dynamic, supportive, and team-oriented. The internship is located in Levallois-Perret, with the possibility of remote work one day per week after two months, subject to manager approval.
