- Update the Trade 2025 plan.
- Assist in managing Trade operations and podiums from supplier briefing to in-store implementation.
- Create marketing tools to support sales, including launch boxes and games.
- Develop CRM marketing tools such as mailings, flyers, email campaigns, and SMS.
- Organize and manage events, including masterclasses.
- Contribute to the development of 360° plans through presentations and taskforces.
- Prepare presentations and logistics for retailer workshops during seminars.
- Participate in creating merchandising planograms using IWD software.
- Create and manage product listing and delisting sheets.
- Support the development of communication recommendations.
- Conduct competitive analysis and format trade tracking reports.
- Monitor consumer trends and prepare monthly reports.
- Master's degree in business school or university program.
- Ideally, previous experience in project management.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Team spirit, organizational skills, and creativity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Photoshop, NPD, and Sketchup is advantageous.
Ideal candidates will have some prior experience in project management and a keen interest in the luxury fragrance and cosmetics sector.
Master's degree in business or related field.
Internship compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progress.
The internship offers 6 paid leave days, access to the company restaurant, and potential recommendations for internal opportunities, including the International Program, GLOW. Interns will join the LVMH Fragrance Brands young talent community, participating in integration seminars, networking events, and receiving career coaching and mentorship from senior buddies.
