- Coordinate and manage cross-functional sustainability projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collect, process, and analyze data related to carbon emissions, water usage, and circularity initiatives.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Merchandising, and Architecture teams to implement circularity strategies for point-of-sale materials and counters.
- Support the development of future water strategy initiatives.
- Produce analytical deliverables including market research, benchmarking, and stakeholder studies.
- Facilitate workshops to raise awareness of sustainability issues.
- Assist in data collection for non-financial reporting.
- Educational background in Sustainable Development, CSR, Energy Transition/Carbon Management, Eco-Design, Circular Economy, or Data Management.
- Interest in the beauty and luxury sectors and their socio-environmental challenges.
- Proactive and autonomous with strong adaptability and communication skills.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in English.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
