LVMH Fragrance Brands Supply Planner Intern

- Manage the weekly supply planning distribution for products to both domestic and international markets, collaborating closely with production planning, customer service, and sales forecasting teams.
- Develop allocation scenarios for markets during product shortages to maximize sales based on business priorities.
- Communicate service risks and product availability dates to Markets and Headquarters Marketing in case of shortages.
- Contribute to the development and management of key performance indicators for Supply Planning activities using PowerBI, focusing on service, stock, sustainability, and promotional launch tracking.
- Propose and lead analyses and initiatives to enhance communication, efficiency, and performance of central supply planning processes, including automation and data consistency checks, and harmonization of end-to-end supply chain planning for promotional products.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management through an apprenticeship program.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Analytical capabilities with a commitment to process improvement and development.
- Proficiency in information systems including MS Office, ERP, and BI tools.
- Experience with SAP.
- Fluency in English.
Entry-level, suitable for beginners.
Currently enrolled in a Supply Chain Management degree program.
