- Manage international social media accounts, focusing on expanding brand presence on TikTok, including content calendar development and caption writing.
- Collaborate with Artistic Direction, marketing teams, and agencies to develop creative assets.
- Support the creation and distribution of international social media guidelines to local markets.
- Assist markets with their operational social media needs.
- Conduct competitive analysis and present innovations and new media formats to teams.
- Enrollment in a specialized Digital, Communication, or Business school with a focus on Digital, or equivalent university program.
- Knowledge and interest in the fragrance, beauty, and luxury sectors.
- Proficiency in social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, including organic publishing and basic paid social practices.
- Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic project management skills.
- Strong sense of imagery and creativity.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Attention to detail, dynamism, and strong listening skills.
- Proactive and innovative mindset.
Entry-level experience suitable for students or recent graduates.
Currently enrolled in a relevant educational program.
One day of remote work per week after three months, subject to managerial approval. Participation in LVMH Fragrance Brands' integration seminar, networking opportunities, HR coaching workshops, and mentorship from a senior buddy. Potential for internal recommendations and selection for the International Program, GLOW.
