- Develop the local marketing plan in alignment with global launch strategies, brand guidelines, and budget.
- Lead strategic and creative execution of the 360° launch plan to achieve sales targets, ensuring departmental and client-focused communication.
- Collaborate with the Senior Media Manager on media plan recommendations.
- Ensure consistency across MKT 360 initiatives (trade, digital, training, sampling, etc.).
- Develop operational tools to support product launches.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
- Identify new opportunities to support sales targets and propose relevant activations.
- Evaluate and analyze launch performance and marketing effectiveness to enhance future planning.
- Monitor market trends and competitor launch campaigns.
- Independently forecast new products and POSM (Point of Sale Material).
- Contribute to budget creation by defining key growth drivers and sales projections.
- Monitor and analyze Givenchy's sales performance through monthly business reviews and launch reports.
- Oversee and control marketing expenditures to maximize efficiency within budget.
- Lead an intern and a trainee, ensuring their development and high execution quality.
- Prepare and moderate sales conferences and annual meetings with key retailers.
- Serve as the primary contact for HQ and German COMEX regarding Givenchy matters.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in product management, preferably in the beauty or luxury goods sector.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strategic and creative thinking with strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional project and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines through perfect organization.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proactivity, autonomy, agility, enthusiasm for challenges, assertiveness, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and humility.
- Passion for luxury, beauty, and trends.
- Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
