- Assume revenue responsibility for the designated territory, maximizing sell-out potential and market share through the implementation of tailored sales strategies.
- Regularly analyze KPI data to identify optimization opportunities and derive actionable sales promotion measures.
- Independently manage key accounts, professionally implement visual merchandising guidelines, and continuously enhance brand presence at the point of sale.
- Lead and develop a dedicated team of Beauty Consultants, actively contributing to their growth, motivation, and achievement of targets.
- Inspire the team to excel in sell-out performance by embodying brand values and demonstrating strong leadership with a keen understanding of people and brands.
- Collaborate closely with internal interfaces such as Retail, Training, Trade Marketing, and Key Account, as well as with store and regional managers of retail partners.
- Successful completion of a degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in retail or field sales, ideally within the luxury or beauty sector.
- Strong organizational talent, entrepreneurial thinking, and high analytical competence.
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation prowess, and confident demeanor at all levels.
- Leadership experience with a passion for developing and motivating a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in both German and English.
- Willingness to travel within the territory and a desire for further development.
Minimum 3 years
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
