LVMH Fragrance Brands Sales Assistant

- Provide administrative support to the field sales team, acting as a liaison between sales representatives and headquarters.
- Manage email communications, follow-ups, and agenda coordination using the KLEE tool for sector managers.
- Oversee expense reports and coordinate with the payroll department for quarterly extracts.
- Update personnel and distribution lists for the sales department.
- Prepare shipments for the field sales force and manage biannual allocations and employee gifts.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the sales department.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new sector managers, including account setups in systems like OPEN UP, CONCUR, and ADP.
- Prepare tracking templates to support the Sales Director and Sales Managers in commercial management.
- Organize and manage internal and external mailings, including legal documents.
- Handle document archiving and administrative record-keeping.
- Input and track expenditure commitments in SAP related to specific regions or services.
- Organize and manage in-person and remote seminars in France, adhering to the annual budget.
- Assist with collective travel arrangements for the field sales team.
- Create and manage COMET purchase orders and update product references.
- Provide administrative support for the Client Platform approximately one day per week.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a keen sense of confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong writing skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and agile environment.
A minimum of three years of significant experience in an administrative support capacity is required.
