- Support the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability through business analysis.
- Monitor market conditions and provide sales analysis, maintaining clear communication with marketing, B&M BCs, and finance teams to develop a forward-looking brand strategy.
- Assist B&M in achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for the area and key products.
- Conduct monthly reviews of productivity by counter and BCs, reporting findings to the Sales Manager.
- Set up and report on monthly incentive plans and results (KPIs).
- Compile market visit reports.
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and BPC teams to streamline, standardize, and consolidate monthly and annual retail operations reporting.
- Analyze and distribute sales KPI plans, preparing and executing strategies to meet sales targets.
- Evaluate channel and door performance.
- Collect and report competitor sales figures.
- Communicate with HQ for reporting system setup and maintenance.
- Update sell-in achievements and sell-out targets.
- Assist in setting up sales forecast projects, focusing on data analysis.
- Plan annual sales and cost budgets, including scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and incentive schemes.
- Review and revise the annual budget plan quarterly.
- Manage budget packages for sales details.
- Report retail headcount plans to the Sales Manager.
- Coach, support, and develop the sales coordinator by managing performance and setting individual goals.
- Coordinate quarterly PA and VIP gift orders for relevant sister brands' retail teams and issue tax invoices.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the cosmetics or FMCG industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and B&M counter managers.
- Demonstrated team player with effective people management skills.
