- Compile monthly reports on retail performance to support the Sell Out team.
- Develop KPIs and propose improvement plans to sales supervisors.
- Monitor key indicators such as average ticket, sales, services, and the effectiveness of in-store promotions.
- Present analyzed data to the commercial team with actionable insights and development plans.
- Collaborate with the training department to enhance team development initiatives.
- Degree or near completion in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or Data Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and data management.
- Teamwork, initiative, and autonomy in project execution.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
Minimum 3 years
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or Data Analysis.
