1. Supervise the retail team to ensure sales targets are met.
2. Define line objectives to secure projected growth rankings and market share by retailer and location.
3. Achieve monthly sell-out quotas for each point of sale in the designated area.
4. Develop commercial strategies at the point of sale to suggest options for maintaining business viability.
5. Oversee sales and marketing/trade marketing activities to ensure sales objectives are achieved.
6. Effectively resolve issues related to Beauty Consultants (BCs) and points of sale to ensure goal attainment.
7. Recruit and select BCs to ensure a competent team that meets objectives on time.
8. Maintain and achieve the turnover percentage and career plan for the retail team.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Ability to anticipate sales requirements and market and brand needs.
