LVMH Fragrance Brands Retail Experience Project Manager
LVMH Fragrance Brands, a distinguished division within the Parfums & Cosmétiques sector, encompasses two iconic beauty houses: Parfums Givenchy and Kenzo Parfums. These brands are united by their unique expertise and shared passion across three pillars: fragrance, makeup, and skincare. The creative teams, however, remain dedicated to preserving and enhancing the distinct DNA of each brand.
- Collaborate with the Director of Retail Excellence to implement Retail Excellence initiatives within Parfums Givenchy and Kenzo Parfums.
- Develop and deploy tools for Beauty Consultants to enhance service quality in line with LFB's relational signature.
- Support the development of fragrance, makeup, skincare, and digital assets with a Retail perspective.
- Contribute to the creation and deployment of training programs for Retail Managers in collaboration with HR and specialized providers.
- Participate in the development of training programs for market trainers/coaches and lead the trainer community through Train The Trainers and the annual Retail Education seminar.
- Assist key markets in program deployment and KPI analysis.
- Develop and lead the Master BC community and organize the annual seminar.
- Collaborate with Retail Operations and other support services on training tools related to retail programs.
- Oversee the global development and deployment of corporate uniforms in collaboration with the Purchasing department.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales and management experience in a retail environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (BAC +3/5).
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to influence markets and stakeholders through cross-functional management.
- Retail sensitivity and customer orientation.
- Proficiency in creating and structuring complex presentations for educational purposes.
- Strong organizational skills including planning, budgeting, and project tracking.
- Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and respond quickly.
- Public speaking skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Team spirit and sharing mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and management within a retail setting is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree (BAC +3/5).
Flexible working arrangements with up to two days of remote work per week.
