- Develop and implement market strategies for training in alignment with headquarters, sales, and marketing objectives.
- Oversee the management of training activities and programs, including classroom, online, e-learning, and field training, to achieve retail sales targets.
- Ensure brand and sales message consistency at points of sale.
- Manage the department team and budget, optimizing development costs and planning.
- Redefine local training strategies and structures to support brand sell-out strategies effectively.
- Organize and deliver training programs for sell-out staff, including general and individual coaching programs.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to provide expertise programs and ongoing novelty training.
- Drive innovations in training formats and ensure effective use of corporate tools.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure optimal training and coaching.
- Monitor sell-out team performance and propose actions to enhance service and sales efficiency.
- Strong experience in training, including delivery, preferably within the cosmetic industry or retail.
- Trilingual proficiency in Dutch, English, and French.
- Personal affinity with Givenchy and Kenzo brands.
- Leadership and energetic presence.
- Sociable, communicative, and positive demeanor.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Customer and sales focus.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Zoom, and Wooclap.
- Ability to understand and defend brand DNA.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
