- Gain comprehensive insights into all aspects of Retail Excellence and Field Education, from point-of-sale setup to training strategy development.
- Support the rollout of product launches, CRM initiatives, incentives, and consumer activations.
- Contribute to the creation of training content, digital learning formats, and gamification projects.
- Organize training sessions, webinars, and internal calls in collaboration with the Retail & Education Team.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with SDMs, Marketing, Trade, HR, and work closely with the Retail Operations Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or Marketing.
- Structured and solution-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interest in aesthetic brand environments and retail excellence.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Empathy, motivation, and a willingness to exceed expectations.
Previous internship experience, preferably in the luxury and/or beauty industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or Marketing.
