LVMH Fragrance Brands Regulatory Affairs Specialist

- Anticipate and analyze the impact of new international regulations on product development and existing products, ensuring compliance across the entire product catalog.
- Coordinate the implementation of new regulations in collaboration with other LVMH Fragrance Brands departments and LVMH Parfums & Cosmétiques houses.
- Oversee all types of regulations affecting the market introduction of cosmetic products, including packaging regulations, European Cosmetic Regulation updates, and internal CSR policies.
- Ensure continuous improvement of the regulatory affairs service by providing procedures and deploying necessary tools.
- Bachelor's degree +5 in a scientific field related to cosmetics or pharmacy.
- Over 6 years of experience in a similar regulatory affairs role.
- In-depth knowledge of cosmetic regulatory standards.
- Project management and risk analysis skills.
- Familiarity with packaging and food contact regulations is advantageous.
- Experience in preparing Product Information Files (PIF) and verifying labeling and claims compliance.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Attention to detail and critical analysis skills.
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
- Teamwork and active listening skills.
- Clear and concise communication.
- Adaptability and proactivity.
A minimum of 5 years in a regulatory affairs position.
Bachelor's degree +5 in a scientific field related to cosmetics or pharmacy.
The position offers a hybrid working mode, allowing flexibility between the production site in Beauvais and the headquarters in Levallois.
