1. Ensure regulatory compliance of LVMH Fragrance Brands' products, including new launches, reformulations, and repackaging, across various markets.
2. Oversee legal mentions on packaging, claims, and communication elements according to the countries of sale.
3. Ensure product dossiers are compliant and available for authorities during inspections.
4. Manage the registration process in China, including the provision of registration products and technical dossiers.
5. Lead projects to implement regulatory changes in collaboration with operations, LVMH Research, and marketing teams.
6. Manage and mentor a team of regulatory affairs officers to fulfill departmental objectives.
7. Maintain and update necessary procedures and work instructions.
8. Communicate scientific needs to ensure the smooth operation of Regulatory Affairs.
9. Participate in consumer inquiries and inspections.

1. Master's degree in a scientific field related to cosmetics.
2. Proven experience exceeding 10 years in a similar regulatory affairs role.

1. Expertise in regulatory frameworks applicable to cosmetics.
2. Experience in compiling Product Information Files (PIF) and verifying labeling and claims compliance.
3. Knowledge of Chinese registration procedures and dossier details.
4. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Organizational and planning capabilities.
7. Teamwork and active listening skills.
8. Clear and concise communication across multiple departments and countries.
9. Adaptability and proactive approach.
10. Ability to manage priorities and complex decision-making processes.

A minimum of 10 years of confirmed experience in a similar regulatory affairs position within the cosmetics industry.

Master's degree in a scientific field related to cosmetics.

The position offers a hybrid working model, allowing for a balance between on-site presence and remote work, with regular travel to Beauvais.
