LVMH Fragrance Brands Regulatory Affairs Manager

- Ensure regulatory compliance of LVMH Fragrance Brands' products, including new launches, reformulations, and repackaging, across various markets.
- Oversee legal mentions on packaging, claims, and communication elements according to the countries of sale.
- Ensure product dossiers are compliant and available for authorities during inspections.
- Manage the registration process in China, including the provision of registration products and technical dossiers.
- Lead projects to implement regulatory changes in collaboration with operations, LVMH Research, and marketing teams.
- Manage and mentor a team of regulatory affairs officers to fulfill departmental objectives.
- Maintain and update necessary procedures and work instructions.
- Communicate scientific needs to ensure the smooth operation of Regulatory Affairs.
- Participate in consumer inquiries and inspections.
- Master's degree in a scientific field related to cosmetics.
- Proven experience exceeding 10 years in a similar regulatory affairs role.
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks applicable to cosmetics.
- Experience in compiling Product Information Files (PIF) and verifying labeling and claims compliance.
- Knowledge of Chinese registration procedures and dossier details.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Organizational and planning capabilities.
- Teamwork and active listening skills.
- Clear and concise communication across multiple departments and countries.
- Adaptability and proactive approach.
- Ability to manage priorities and complex decision-making processes.
A minimum of 10 years of confirmed experience in a similar regulatory affairs position within the cosmetics industry.
Master's degree in a scientific field related to cosmetics.
The position offers a hybrid working model, allowing for a balance between on-site presence and remote work, with regular travel to Beauvais.
