1. Collaborate with Area Managers, market subsidiaries, agents, and head office to set up yearly budgets, forecasts, and analyze profitability, providing suggestions to enhance financial outcomes in the Asia Pacific region.
2. Prepare inputs from commercial and finance teams for budget and revision updates.
3. Deliver performance reporting and analysis to local and regional management on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
4. Evaluate and ensure data consistency across the region to support business analysis and strategy formulation.
5. Consolidate and report financial information for the brand in the Asia Pacific.
6. Provide regular and ad-hoc business reporting to the regional management team, including profitability analysis of brands and models.
7. Manage month-end closing and report commercial and financial variances to the budget.
8. Communicate with the finance department in Paris regarding Asia-related subjects.
9. Oversee workflow processes and ensure compliance with internal controls.

1. Degree qualified with over 10 years of controlling experience, preferably in a regional role.
2. Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
3. Exposure to and understanding of sales and marketing is required.
4. Knowledge of the cosmetics and perfumery industry is a plus.
