1. Collaborate with Area Managers, market subsidiaries, agents, and head office to set up, forecast, implement, and analyze yearly budgets, providing suggestions to enhance financial results in the Asia Pacific region.
2. Prepare inputs from commercial and finance teams for budget and revision updates.
3. Conduct performance reporting and analysis for local and regional management on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
4. Evaluate and ensure data consistency across the region to support business analysis and strategy formulation.
5. Consolidate and report financial information for the brand in the Asia Pacific region.
6. Provide regular and ad-hoc business reporting to regional management, including profitability analysis of brands and models.
7. Manage month-end closing and report commercial and financial variances to budget.
8. Communicate with the finance department in Paris regarding Asia-related subjects.
9. Oversee workflow processes and ensure compliance with internal controls.

1. Degree qualified with over 10 years of controlling experience, preferably in a regional role.
2. Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
3. Exposure to and understanding of sales and marketing.
4. Knowledge of the cosmetics and perfumery industry is a plus.

Minimum of 10 years in financial controlling, preferably in a regional capacity.

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
