1. Collaborate with Area Managers across market subsidiaries, agents, and head office to set up, forecast, and implement yearly budgets, analyze profitability, and suggest improvements for financial outcomes in the Asia Pacific region.
2. Prepare inputs from commercial and finance teams for budget and revision updates.
3. Provide performance reporting and analysis to local and regional management on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
4. Evaluate and ensure data consistency across the region to support business analysis and strategy formulation.
5. Consolidate and report financial information for the brand in the Asia Pacific region.
6. Deliver regular and ad-hoc business reports to the regional management team, including profitability analysis of brands and models.
7. Oversee month-end closing and report commercial and financial variances to budget.
8. Communicate with the finance department in Paris regarding Asia-related subjects.
9. Ensure compliance with workflow processes and internal control standards.

1. Degree qualified with over 10 years of controlling experience, preferably in a regional role.
2. Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
3. Exposure to and understanding of sales and marketing is required.
4. Familiarity with the cosmetics and perfumery industry is a plus.
