Quality Technician

1. Implement and monitor the quality system, ensuring documentation and tools are complete.
2. Conduct sampling and analyses to ensure product quality.
3. Perform audits and controls at the start of initial productions in collaboration with operational quality.
4. Manage requests, records, and implementation of deviations.
5. Update technical documents for subcontracted products.
6. Decide on the future of non-conforming products and oversee necessary corrective actions.
7. Manage supplier and subcontractor non-conformities, including issuing quality notices and managing corrective actions.
8. Conduct investigations with various stakeholders to identify corrective actions.
9. Define and validate rework procedures and ensure complete recording of non-conformity files.
10. Secure future productions by defining and validating actions for subsequent production orders.
11. Conduct quality audits on finished product batches after rework.
12. Lead and ensure the update of self-quality projects.
13. Establish performance indicators and propose improvement actions.
14. Participate in performance animation routines.
15. Adhere to 5S standards, GMP (standard 22716), safety, and current regulations.
16. Propose improvement actions and participate in projects aligned with company strategy.
17. Manage equipment metrology, including quarterly balance checks and ensuring proper configuration of weighing processes.

1. Bac +2/3 or equivalent in quality, packaging, or a similar technical field.
2. Additional training in quality management is advantageous.
3. Knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving methods.
4. Familiarity with ISO 22716 (GMP) and cGMP (US Pharmacopoeia) standards is a plus.

Entry-level experience in a similar role, ideally in the cosmetics, perfumery, or pharmaceutical industry.
