1. Implement and monitor the quality system, ensuring completeness of documentation and tools.
2. Conduct sampling and oversee analyses to ensure product quality.
3. Perform audits and controls at the start of initial productions in collaboration with operational quality teams.
4. Manage requests, records, and implementation of deviations.
5. Update technical documents for subcontracted products in series production.
6. Decide on the disposition of non-conforming products and oversee necessary corrective actions.
7. Manage supplier and subcontractor non-conformities, including issuing quality notices and managing corrective actions.
8. Conduct investigations in coordination with various stakeholders to identify corrective actions.
9. Define and validate recovery procedures and ensure complete documentation of non-conformity cases.
10. Secure future productions by defining and validating actions for subsequent work orders.
11. Conduct quality audits on finished product batches post-conformity restoration.
12. Lead and ensure the updating of self-quality initiatives.
13. Establish performance indicators and propose improvement actions.
14. Participate in performance management routines.
15. Adhere to 5S standards, GMP (standard 22716), safety, and current regulations.
16. Propose improvement actions and participate in projects aligned with company strategy.
17. Manage duplications and CSR improvements.
18. Verify equipment calibration quarterly and ensure proper configuration and control of the weighing process (Mettler system).

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in quality, packaging, or a related technical field.
2. Additional training in quality management would be advantageous.
3. Initial experience in a similar role, preferably in cosmetics, perfumery, or pharmaceutical industry.
4. Knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving methods.
5. Familiarity with ISO 22716 (GMP) and cGMP (US Pharmacopoeia) standards is a plus.
