Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor the quality system, ensuring documentation and tools are complete.
- Conduct sampling and analyses to ensure product quality.
- Perform audits and controls at the start of initial productions in collaboration with operational quality.
- Manage requests, records, and implementation of deviations.
- Update technical documents for subcontracted products.
- Decide on the future of non-conforming products and oversee necessary corrective actions.
- Manage supplier and subcontractor non-conformities, including issuing quality notices and managing corrective actions.
- Conduct investigations with various stakeholders to identify corrective actions.
- Define and validate rework procedures and ensure complete recording of non-conformity files.
- Secure future productions by defining and validating actions for subsequent production orders.
- Conduct quality audits on finished product batches after rework.
- Lead and ensure the update of self-quality projects.
- Establish performance indicators and propose improvement actions.
- Participate in performance animation routines.
- Adhere to 5S standards, GMP (standard 22716), safety, and current regulations.
- Propose improvement actions and participate in projects aligned with company strategy.
- Manage equipment metrology, including quarterly balance checks and ensuring proper configuration of weighing processes.
Qualifications
- Bac +2/3 or equivalent in quality, packaging, or a similar technical field.
- Additional training in quality management is advantageous.
- Knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving methods.
- Familiarity with ISO 22716 (GMP) and cGMP (US Pharmacopoeia) standards is a plus.

Experience Requirements
Entry-level experience in a similar role, ideally in the cosmetics, perfumery, or pharmaceutical industry.

Bac +2/3 or equivalent in quality, packaging, or a similar technical field.
