Quality Assurance Manager

1. Lead, motivate, and develop the team.
2. Drive performance improvement through indicator dashboard management.
3. Ensure compliance with current regulations such as BPF ISO 22716 and cGMP.
4. Oversee safety, 5S, and environmental rules adherence.
5. Manage the quality management system documentation and propose process improvements.
6. Ensure system compliance with current regulations.
7. Oversee change and deviation management processes.
8. Manage customer complaint handling processes.
9. Oversee product review and release processes, addressing non-conformities.
10. Manage training, qualification, and competency evaluation processes.
11. Conduct internal audits and prepare for authority inspections.
12. Validate and manage improvement action plans.
13. Ensure resources for qualification/validation activities.
14. Oversee equipment metrology processes.
15. Manage qualification of facilities, equipment, and validation of IT systems and procedures.
16. Update and monitor the Validation Master Plan (VMP).
17. Prepare and conduct annual VMP and product reviews.

1. Experienced quality engineer or equivalent with at least 7 years of experience, including team management, ideally in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food industry.

1. Proficiency in quality tools for problem-solving and risk analysis.
2. Knowledge of qualification methodology (PDV, QC, QI, QO, QP).
3. Internal auditor skills.
4. Familiarity with cosmetic industry regulations (Europe: BPF ISO 22716, US pharma: FDA 21 CFR part 11, China CSAR, US MocrA, Korea).
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (QM, MM, WM).
6. Fluency in written and spoken English.
7. Strong communication, influence, and leadership skills.

Minimum of 5 years of experience required.
