LVMH Fragrance Brands Quality Assurance Manager

- Lead and develop the quality assurance team, ensuring motivation and cohesion.
- Drive performance improvement initiatives through the management of key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with current regulations, including BPF ISO 22716 and cGMP standards.
- Oversee the Quality Management System, ensuring documentation is complete, updated, and validated.
- Manage the process for handling modifications, deviations, and customer complaints.
- Ensure timely review and release of finished products, addressing any non-conformities.
- Conduct internal audits and prepare for regulatory inspections, validating improvement action plans.
- Oversee qualification and validation activities, including equipment metrology and system validation.
- Experienced Quality Engineer or equivalent with at least 7 years of experience, including team management, preferably in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food industry.
- Proficiency in quality problem-solving tools, risk analysis, and PDCA methodology.
- Knowledge of qualification methodologies (PDV, QC, QI, QO, QP).
- Internal auditing skills.
- Familiarity with cosmetic industry regulations (e.g., BPF ISO 22716, FDA 21 CFR part 11).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP (QM, MM, WM).
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong leadership and team motivation capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering or related field.
