1. Establish project development schedules and ensure data accuracy in ASANA.
2. Maintain the comprehensive project tracking database for the entire PLV team.
3. Complete cost avoidance tracking tables and supplier assignments.
4. Develop tools for reporting PLV CSR KPIs.
5. Input and verify article data in SAP, ensuring data completeness.
6. Monitor project quality in collaboration with buyers and the quality department.
7. Populate risk analysis tables for strategic projects, adhering to PLV quality standards.
8. Support buyers in project development tracking: validate internal client BAT and communicate feedback to suppliers.
9. Manage SA8000 social audit tracking in support of teams.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Supply Chain.
2. Previous experience in a similar technical role.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with IT tools.
2. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
3. Ability to manage priorities.
4. Adaptability and strong interpersonal skills.

7. Strong customer service orientation and teamwork spirit.
8. Fluency in English.

Entry-level experience in a similar technical function is required.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Supply Chain.

The position offers a hybrid working mode based at the headquarters in Levallois-Perret, France, with a minimum duration of 12 months.
