LVMH Fragrance Brands Project Manager - Architecture

- Design and develop boutique, stand, and perfumery plans, including elevations, sections, and 3D models based on approved zoning.
- Arrange spaces in accordance with specific constraints.
- Coordinate project content with the Purchasing and Planning teams.
- Oversee and adjust project elements in collaboration with freelancers, development agencies, and 3D consultants.
- Research materials, new technologies, and equipment to foster innovation and anticipate retail design trends.
- Create and develop design and technical guidelines for markets and subsidiaries.
- Serve as the point of reference for market-specific execution and adaptation queries.
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture, or equivalent university qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in corporate and architectural project management.
- Proficiency in AUTOCAD, 3D SKETCH UP/V-RAY, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel, and Illustrator; knowledge of InDesign is advantageous.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational skills, including planning, budgeting, and project tracking.
- Creativity and a strong sense of retail and merchandising.
- Curiosity and openness to contemporary art.
- Ability to prioritize and respond swiftly.
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to share knowledge.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture, or equivalent university qualification.
Flexible work arrangements with up to two days of remote work per week.
