LVMH Fragrance Brands Project Manager, Architecture & Visual Merchandising

- Manage all new counter projects from initial briefing to completion and in-store installation.
- Define space according to assortment, passenger profile, and client constraints.
- Create plans and 3D elevations, applying and adapting brand guidelines (furniture, architecture, lighting, visual merchandising) developed by Corporate, ensuring alignment with brand codes and DNA.
- Validate each project with all stakeholders (TR EURAF team, HQ, clients).
- Collaborate with the Purchasing department to validate each tender, ensuring optimal pricing and execution quality.
- Work with the VM Manager to ensure brand DNA is executed at the highest level, ensuring counters are durable, practical for retail environments, and easy to maintain.
- Manage and oversee project timelines, ensuring execution according to the planned schedule until installation.
- Manage and oversee CAPEX budgets, ensuring adherence to the allocated global envelope.
- Demonstrate exceptional multitasking skills, providing multiple creative solutions within deadlines.
- Maintain communication with clients, headquarters, suppliers, and internal services to update at each stage.
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate project management and/or in-store counters.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat Pro, V-RAY, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
- Technical skills in architecture.
- Strong organizational skills: planning, budgeting, project tracking.
- Innovative and creative mindset.
- Ability to prioritize and react swiftly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate project management and/or in-store counters within the luxury and beauty sectors is required.
Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or equivalent.
