LVMH Fragrance Brands Project Manager, Architecture & Visual Merchandising

- Manage all new counter projects from initial briefing to completion and store installation.
- Define space according to assortment, passenger profile, and client constraints.
- Create plans and 3D elevations, applying and adapting brand guidelines for furniture, architecture, lighting, and visual merchandising.
- Validate each project with stakeholders including TR EURAF team, HQ, and clients.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to validate each tender, ensuring optimal price and execution quality.
- Work with the Visual Merchandising Manager to ensure brand DNA is executed at the highest level, with counters that are sustainable, practical, and easy to maintain.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring execution according to the planned schedule until installation.
- Manage and control CAPEX budgets, ensuring adherence to the allocated global envelope.
- Demonstrate exceptional multitasking skills, providing multiple creative solutions within deadlines.
- Liaise with clients, headquarters, suppliers, and internal services to provide updates at each stage.
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate project management or in-store counters.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat Pro, V-RAY, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
- Technical expertise in architecture.
- Strong organizational skills: planning, budgeting, project tracking.
- Innovative and creative mindset.
- Ability to prioritize and react swiftly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing corporate projects or in-store counters, with a deep understanding of the luxury and beauty sectors.
Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or equivalent.
