- Develop and implement marketing objectives and plans in accordance with Korea Market Strategies, adhering to global guidelines.
- Assist the Marketing Director in formulating marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and achieve sales targets.
- Plan, develop, and execute yearly and monthly marketing plans for each distribution channel, managing and supporting new launches and ongoing key SKUs.
- Support the Marketing Director in defining strategic directions and leading the marketing plan.
- Align local marketing calendar with global guidelines and implement plans to increase brand awareness, market share, and sales.
- Define, implement, and monitor marketing activities, including launches, renovations, product promotions, campaigns, field activities, and competitor reviews.
- Prepare yearly marketing objectives and strategies based on business and market trends through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Interact with RA, SPM, and DC to ensure smooth importation and delivery of products, and communicate proactively on fulfillment schedules.
- Establish annual and monthly forecasts by product, monitor performance, and recommend solutions for underperforming products.
- Manage budget for monthly marketing spend, including GWPs and samples.
- Recommend product deletions on an annual or seasonal basis.
- Monitor monthly promotion levels and plan to meet annual promotion weight targets, considering GWPs, sets, and online sales.
- Conduct weekly and monthly sales performance analysis by category and channel, and define key business indicators.
- Consolidate and analyze Beaute Research data, sharing market trends with relevant parties.
- Conduct post-launch evaluations and analyze major launches.
- Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities, trends, and reports, including new launches, promotions, and pricing.
- Monitor stock levels based on forecasts and communicate with the SPM team to prevent out-of-stock situations and manage healthy inventory levels.
- University degree
- Over 5 years of experience in the cosmetics industry preferred
- Effective and professional communication skills in Korean and English
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Passion for the brand and cosmetics industry
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the cosmetics industry is preferred.
University degree
