- Contribute to the development of the marketing plan with strategic recommendations for franchise growth.
- Lead the conceptualization and development of products, including formulation, packaging, pricing, and profitability, acting as the primary liaison with various departments such as laboratory, technical development, purchasing, and financial control.
- Ensure the development and consistency of 360-degree elements supporting product launches, including point-of-sale materials, training, communication, digital presence, and consumer experience.
- Identify development opportunities for the franchise by analyzing performance metrics, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Manage and proactively oversee the budget allocated to the department.
- Create and present concise and impactful presentations and reports to top management to relay strategy and support decision-making on high-stakes business projects.
- Advanced degree (Master's level or equivalent) in business or related field.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Creativity and trend awareness with a pragmatic strategic vision.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and affinity for fashion and the arts.
- Analytical and synthesis skills with a collaborative team spirit.
A minimum of three years of experience in international luxury product marketing development, ideally within the beauty sector.
Master's degree in business or equivalent.
Hybrid work model with up to two days of remote work per week.
