LVMH Product Manager

- Develop and execute a three-year innovation strategy for key promotional events such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, and Chinese New Year.
- Oversee the development of Travel Retail sets, Gifts With Purpose, and sample offerings, ensuring alignment with profitability and market objectives.
- Create and manage creative and sustainable animation concepts, collaborating with internal teams from packaging development to finance.
- Develop impactful 360-degree communication elements in partnership with operational marketing and expert functions.
- Analyze sell-in and sell-out performance and conduct continuous competitive analysis.
- Collaborate closely with regional managers and markets to ensure strategic alignment.
- Contribute to the marketing plan with strategic recommendations for franchise development.
- Lead the conceptualization and development of products, including formula, packaging, pricing, and profitability.
- Identify franchise development opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor performance.
- Manage and mentor an intern, guiding them in their professional development.
- Advanced degree (Master's level) in business or equivalent.
- Approximately 2 years of experience in international luxury product development marketing, preferably in the fragrance sector.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to unite and advocate for projects.
- Creativity and trend awareness with a strong aesthetic sensibility.
- Understanding of procurement and eco-design issues.
- Analytical and strategic thinking with a pragmatic approach to long-term planning.
- Proactive, flexible, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong team spirit.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing development within the luxury sector, ideally in fragrance.
Master's degree in business or equivalent.
The position offers up to two days of remote work per week and is located in Levallois-Perret, France.
